Over 110 Vanier CGS Scholarships are awarded to international students enrolling for a PhD course in Canada every year. During three years of doctoral studies, more than $45,000 is awarded per year.

2) Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS)

The three-year leadership program is designed to train Engaged Leaders, equipping outstanding doctoral candidates with the skills to translate their ideas into action to better their communities, Canada, and the world.
The Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Doctoral Scholarship awards up to $40,000 per year for three consecutive years for tuition fees and living expenses and up to $20,000 per year for research, networking and travel allowance. The funding can also be used to learn other languages.
